美国腺囊癌研究基金会肿瘤研究博士后职位
Job Description
The Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma Research Foundation is a nonprofit organization working to improve the lives of those affected by Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma (ACC) - a rare cancer of the secretory glands typically originating in the head and neck region. Our mission is to accelerate the development of improved therapies and a cure for this rare cancer. Since 2004, when very little research was being done into ACC, we have raised more than $10MM, funded hundreds of focused research projects, made significant discoveries and paved the way towards a cure. Now we are seeking a Scientific Program Officer to help us accelerate our progress even further.
About Us
The Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma Research Foundation (ACCRF) is a tax-exempt public charity based in Needham, Massachusetts U.S.A. The Board of Directors oversees the operations of ACCRF and its research projects, with the guidance of the Scientific Advisory Board. ACCRF-funded projects run the gamut from basic laboratory research through to the planning of clinical trials.
ACCRF has been recognized for our innovative venture capital approach to targeted, high impact research. The results in our first 10 years have been nothing short of breath taking, but there is much to do.
