摘要：

The Complex Systems group at Department of Biomedical Engineering and Computational Science (BECS) of Aalto School of Science has together with several international collaborators played a pioneering role in several aspects of the above mentioned and related research questions, as evidenced by publications in leading scientific journals (PNAS, PRL, PRX, Plos One, NPG Scientific Reports, Proceeding of the Royal Society B etc.). Recently this group was rewarded for funding for the project “Complex Social Dynamics in Networks – COSDYN” from the Academy of Finland for 2014-2017.The general aim of this project is to investigate Social Dynamics in Networks, focusing on the following sub-topics: 1. Dynamics of networks, 2. Processes on networks and 3. Temporal networks.
