The Bone Research Lab at the Ribeirão Preto School of Dentistry, University of São Paulo, is inviting applications from highly motivated individuals for a postdoctoral position associated with a Thematic Project funded by FAPESP. The fellowship is initially for a duration of 01 year.

Eligible candidates should either be in the process of completing their doctoral studies or have completed their doctorate within the past 02 years in any health-related discipline. Applicants should have a keen interest in bone biology, particularly in the area of cell therapy for bone tissue regeneration. Demonstrated expertise, preferably evidenced by published papers, is required in cell culture, with a focus on mesenchymal stem cell culture and its osteoblastic differentiation, osteocyte culture, cell immortalization, cell transfection, CRISPR, real-time PCR, western blot, manipulation of genetically modified mice, mouse surgery, and microtomographic and histological analysis of bone tissue. Proficiency in both oral and written communication is essential.
