Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) is one of the world’s premier cancer centers, committed to exceptional patient care, leading-edge research, and superb educational programs.

The Wendel Laboratory of Cancer Biology & Genetics at MSKCC is seeking a highly motivated and successful individual with a background in molecular biology and genetics. We are interested in discovering new strategies to target cancer cells based on insight into their genetic makeup, their biological behavior, and we use Crispr/Cas9 screens as a discovery tool. We focus on hematological malignancies. We have a special interest in mechanistic studies exploring oncogene – tumor suppressor pathways and interactions between tumor and immune cells. Our goal is to identify new targets and develop innovative therapeutics ranging from small molecules, to antibodies and engineered immune cells. https://www.mskcc.org/research/ski/labs/hans-guido-wendel

The ideal candidate should have: ● A Ph.D. or equivalent degree. ● A publication attesting relevant skills in molecular biology and genetics. ● A  brief description of research interests. ● Names and contact of three references.
