MISSION AND ACTIVITIES

• Develop innovative bioinformatics and data analysis tools for the integration of genomic, biological and clinicaldata

• Develop the research project and new tools necessary to understand tumor heterogeneity and its link with the

response to treatment

• Collaborate with the team's biologists and bioinformaticians

• Participate in weekly laboratory meetings, disseminate and valorize the results in the form of reports, oral

presentations, writing articles

• Participate each year in international scientific meetings in the field

Offer Requirements Specific Requirements

REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Have skills in statistics and genomics, mastery of programming languages R, Perl, Python, (java and sql would

be an advantage)

•Collection, processing and analysis of large-scale genomic data: whole- exome, RNAseq/single-cell RNAseq,

methylome

•Ability to interact with people from different backgrounds and interests (biology, bioinformatics, etc.)

• Be autonomous to develop a research project and know how to work in a team

• Maintain a scientific and technological survey in his/her field of expertise

• Written and spoken English

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

PhD in biology or bioinformatics
