Postdoctoral Fellow in Immuno-Oncology/Vascular Biology Research
Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital
Postdoctoral positions are available at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine – Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in the fields of immuno-oncology and vascular biology. Prospective candidates will be investigating the tumor immune environment – in particular, blood vessels within tertiary lymphoid structures (TLS) and how tumor vasculature shapes the tumor immune landscape for better anti-tumor immunity and immunotherapy responses. We recently developed a method to induce TLS formation in mouse subcutaneous tumors. Prospective postdocs will use this novel model to investigate TLS and the activities of TLS lymphocytes in detail for the first time in mice. An additional position is available to investigate the molecular mechanism of the stabilization of regenerating blood vessels in ischemic disease models.
Ideal candidates have expertise in immunology, cancer biology, and/or vascular biology. Candidates must be highly self-motivated, independent individuals with Ph.D. or M.D. and hold publication records in one or more of the relevant areas. Visit our website for the research focus of the laboratory:
