Villanova University's Department of Biology invites applications for a postdoctoral fellowship (50% research and 50% teaching) in the general fields of Cellular and Molecular Biology. Our new colleague will establish a productive research collaboration with an established faculty member and contribute to the vibrant curriculum of the department at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. We seek candidates who share our passion for establishing an equitable and inclusive learning and working environment for all students, staff, and faculty. Duties and Responsibilities:

This position includes 50% research and 50% teaching. The successful candidate will establish a collaborative research project with an established faculty member in Biology, and have opportunities to teach both at the introductory (majors and/or non-majors) and advanced levels in an area of expertise.

Minimum Qualifications:

Ph.D degree with a strong interest in both teaching and research.

Preferred Qualifications:

The development of a research statement that documents the potential for a productive research collaboration with an established faculty member in the department.
