Position Summary

This position will involve knowledge in bone biology, experience in the generation of 3D in vitro model of prostate cancer and bone cells co-culture, molecular biology, and cell biology to study prostate cancer. The potential candidate is expected to perform various molecular biology, cell and tissue culture techniques, handling and management of mouse colony, generation of 3D-co culture model of bone metastasis as well as testing of novel combination therapies against lethal prostate cancer. A postdoc will also identify novel signaling pathways associated with drug resistance, and metastasis using cell lines/preclinical mouse models through high-throughput technology opting global gene analysis.

PhD

Supplemental Qualifications

He/she should have at least two years of research experience. A candidate should have publications as the first author in the peer-reviewed journals.
