Master’s / Doctoral - research position on Graphene/2D-related materials and Solid State devices applications is opened at the Physics Department, UNISA. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to participate in studies of the Electrical, Electronic and the magnetic properties of Graphene/2D-related nanomaterials and Solid State fabrications, using x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Raman Spectroscopy, magnetic and electrical measurements. The successful candidate will be given the bursary as per NRF-South Africa norms. Preference will be given to those candidates who ideally have a good background in related research and measurements.
