Postdoctoral and PhD Positions in Physical Virology : Beer Sheva, Israel

A post-doctoral position is available in physical virology in the laboratory that studies the biophysical aspects underlying lentivirus replication. Our studies uses a wide range of advanced microscopy techniques including force microscopy and spectroscopy, high-speed AFM, as well as various fluorescence techniques combined with biochemistry, molecular and cell biology methods.

The laboratory is equipped with three AFM systems that are specifically designed for studying biological samples under physiological environments. We are seeking highly motivated individuals with strong biophysical/biomaterials skills. Depending on the background and interest of the candidate, a range of projects are available.
