Positions are available for postdoctoral fellows in the research group of Dr. John Maciejowski at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. The Maciejowski lab is a basic research laboratory taking a multidisciplinary approach to understand the origins of mutation and rearrangement in the cancer genome. Major current focuses of the lab include investigations into the fate of dicentric chromosomes and their impact on genome integrity and the contributions of APOBEC cytidine deaminases to somatic mutation. The lab is looking for talented and creative individuals with a passion for science and a desire to work in a collaborative and fun environment.

The laboratory is part of an exceptionally strong group of researchers investigating diverse aspects of genome integrity at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center’s Molecular Biology Research Program. MSKCC is a top-ranked comprehensive cancer center located in the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York City and is committed to the training and career development of its postdoctoral researchers.
