丹麦南方大学生物信息学博后职位

The Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Southern Denmark (Odense Campus) invites applications for a postdoctoral research fellowship in the area of bioinformatics. The prospective starting date is February 2017 or soon there after. The position is for an initial duration of two years and may be expected to be extended by at least one more year given satisfactory performance. The total duration of a postdoctoral fellowship in Denmark can not exceed four years.

We seek a candidate with a strong background in unsupervised learning in complex biomedical data, in particular different omics data types and data with spatiotemporal resolution.

The applicant must hold a PhD degree in bioinformatics, computer science or computational statistics. PhD candidates about to complete will also be considered and should attach a statement from their supervisors.
