The Department of Microbiology at The University of Iowa is seeking a full-time Postdoctoral Research Scholar to investigate transcriptional and epigenetic regulation of T cell development and T cell immune responses to pathogens. This work will be done in the lab of Dr. Hai-Hui “Howard” Xue.

Pay scale will follow the NIH-recommended postdoctoral stipend levels.
Education Required:
Ph.D. in Immunology or a degree in a related field with relevant experience.
Experience Required:
Strong background in immunology, molecular biology, or bioinformatics.
Ability to independently design, execute and interpret experiments.
Ability to work in collaboration with other members of the laboratory.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
