Cardiac Electrophysiology: patch-clamping, sharp microelectrodes of isolated hearts and tissues, optical mapping. Our studies involve rodent models of disease and exercise. Our studies also involve atrial/ventricular/pacemaker tissues/cardiomyocytes derived from human pluriopotent stem cells. We also perform extensive imagining of cells and tissues using resonance scanning as well as simultaneous patch-clamp fluorescence imagining.
