Postdoctoral Position in Modeling and Analysis of Receptor Interactions : Dallas, TX, United States

A postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Khuloud Jaqaman, in the Department of Biophysics at UT Southwestern Medical Center. The lab’s research is focused on applying single-molecule and super-resolution imaging methods for the quantitative analysis of receptor dynamics, interactions and signaling, in particular in the context of angiogenesis.

Candidates must hold a Ph.D. degree, preferably in biophysics, computational biology, biomedical engineering or a related field, with experience in computer simulations. The successful candidate will be primarily involved with developing advanced analytical tools to derive receptor interaction kinetics from single-molecule and super-resolution imaging data.
