美国华盛顿大学医学院招聘多发性骨髓瘤药物输送方向博士后
摘要:
The Washington University Department of Radiation Oncology has an immediate opening for a Postdoctoral Research Associate.
The research will involve developing novel drug delivery systems for the treatment of multiple myeloma base on nano-particulate systems (liposomes and particles). The research will include preparation and characterization of the particles, as well as biological evaluation of these systems in vitro and in vivo.
Candidates must hold a PhD, PharmD, MD or an equivalent doctoral degree, and have research experience in research fields of pharmaceutical sciences, material engineering, chemical engineering or similar fields.
Candidates should have a significant experience in:
•Preparation and characterization of vesicular and polymeric systems; as well as in their physical, chemical and technological characterization.
•Cell culture techniques for cell lines and primary cells, as well performing cell biology techniques such as cytotoxicity assays, apoptosis assays, DNA, RNA and proteins extractions.
•Imaging techniques such as fluorescence and confocal imaging.
•Xenograft mouse tumor models techniques such as tumor progression measurements, administration of drugs, and small survival surgeries.
It is preferred that the candidates demonstrate academic productivity of at least one first authored peer- reviewed publication and one co-authored publication. Novelty and creativity in a form of patents is also an advantage.
