美国加州大学旧金山分校招聘脑癌的免疫疗法方向博士后
摘要:
We are searching for two highly motivated postdoctoral research fellows with strong background in molecular biology and immunology at Laboratory of Brain Tumor Immunotherapy, Department of Neurological Surgery, University of California, San Francisco. Our laboratory has long-standing and productive research projects directed toward development of innovative and effective immunotherapy strategies for primary brain tumors. We are specifically interested in enhancement of immune-reactivity in the brain tumor microenvironment, characterization of glioma-derived neoantigen epitopes and corresponding T cell receptors. Our interdisciplinary studies utilize genetic engineering in animal models and recombinant viral gene vectors, flow-cytometry and immunohistochemistry.
The applicants must hold a Ph.D. level degree ideally in immunology or molecular biology with research experience that includes T-cell culture, immunological assays, molecular cloning and at least one first-authored publication in a peer-reviewed journal.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, keen to acquire new knowledge and skills and eager to produce scientific publications. The candidate is expected to have strong organizational and record keeping skills to record experiment results and analyze data, as well as effective written communication skills to publish results. |
