Title: Postdoctoral Research Associate

Responsibilities and Qualifications: A Postdoctoral Research Associate is needed for a team-oriented translational research laboratory focusing on antigen specific CD4+ T cell responses in autoimmune and allergic diseases in humans. Projects will involve examine transcriptomic of antigenic specific cells using Fluidigm platform and RNAseq platform.
The candidate should have a Ph.D. degree in Biochemistry/Immunology with multiple years of experience with multi-color flow cytometry and molecular biology and a minimum of three years of related postdoctoral training. The ability to work a flexible schedule is also desirable.
Duties include:
• Designing and implementing projects.
• Documentation and analysis of experimental results.
• Preparation of data for publications and/or presentation.
• Operation and maintenance of LSRII, LSRFortessa and FACSaria
• Working with other scientific staff members in writing research grant/contract applications for funding of research projects.
