The position
You will be working in a research group focusing on the regulation of immune responses after allogeneic stem cell transplantation. One of the aims of the group is to discover the role of T cell receptor repertoires as well as inflammatory signatures in tissues by next generation sequencing methods. You will be expected to generate NGS and RNAseq data from patient material and dissect signatures of inflammation and anti-leukemia responses by computational analyses. The main focus of the project will be computational analysis.
Your profile
You are a highly motivated computational biologist with an outstanding track record in the laboratory, experience in molecular biology and the ability to apply techniques to solve “big data” problems. International experience and fluency in English are mandatory, as are knowledge of computational analysis,PCR/Sequencing and cell culture.
