You will gather and analyse data from questionnaires, interviews and focus groups with critical care practitioners and patients at Arrowe Park Hospital. You will use this information to write reports of the findings and support the production of papers for high quality peer reviewed journals. You should have PhD in a relevant health care discipline (e.g. sociology, psychology, management science), knowledge of the health sector, experience of data collection and analysis and be able to work well as part of a team. Understanding of knowledge mobilisation theory and grounded theory would be advantageous. The post is available on 0.5 fte basis for 1 year.
