We are seeking a highly motivated post doctoral research fellow to involve in a NIH-funded project studying the effects of nanoencapsulated polyphenols on obesity at Texas Tech University. Primary responsibilities include to synthesize biodegradable nanocarriers, to measure their target specificity to specific cells and their anti-obesity effects in vitro and in vivo (a mouse model).
