he Department of Chemistry at Umeå University (Sweden) invites applications for 1 Postdoc (1 year) position. The successful candidate will be contributing to our ongoing efforts in elucidating molecular-scale reactions at mineral surfaces involving a selection of experimental (FTIR,TPD, PXRD, XPS) and/or computational (molecular dynamics, quantum chemistry, thermodynamics) methods. To qualify, the applicant for the Postdoc position a Ph.D. in (geo)chemistry. The successful candidate will have access to excellent experimental and computational research facilities that are supported by competent scientific staff and will also benefit from attractive working conditions
