    A postdoctoral position is available at the University Pierre and Marie Curie to carry out an interdisciplinary project involving a theoretical physics and a molecular biology lab.

    We seek for a computational biologist who will be in charge of reconstructing the 3D structure of large RNA molecular assemblies based on RNA contact capture data. The project, funded for one year with possibilities of extensions, will be done in close collaboration with an experimental group working with C. Elegans.

    Candidates should have a strong background in analysis of high throughput sequencing data, high dimensional data analysis and/or molecular modeling. The lab offers many opportunities for enriching interactions with scientists from various theoretical fields ranging from formal matrix analysis to molecular structures.
