Our group is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated postdoctoral fellow to study the role of neuroinflammation in neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease, under the supervision of Dr. Kim Green. This position requires experience with transgenic mouse models of neurodegeneration, as well as experience with behavioral/cognitive testing, biochemistry and immunohistochemistry techniques. Direct expertise in microglia/neuroinflammation is also desired. Our laboratory is located at the University of California, Irvine, and is part of a thriving community of neurodegeneration researchers.
