Postdoctoral Research Fellow

Australian Catholic University - NHMRC Centre of Research Excellence

Join a newly established Institute of Health, which builds on well-established research collaborations with St Vincent's Health and with links to The University of Melbourne.

As a Postdoctoral Research Fellow, you will be expected to make a significant contribution to the research enterprise of the NHMRC Centre of Research Excellence to Reduce Inequality in Heart Disease led by Professor Simon Stewart. In particular, you will significantly contribute to research on community surveillance and disease management programs, focussing on heart disease.

To be successful in this position, you will possess a PhD in health sciences, psychology, nursing or a related field within the preceding eight (8) years, along with the ability to manage a research team in the psychosocial and/or cardiovascular-related disciplines.

Total remuneration valued to $104,484 - $123,320 pa, including salary component $88,290 - $104,242 pa (Academic Classification Level B), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
