　　Description

　　A postdoctoral research fellow position is available in the Department of Chemistry at the National University of Singapore. The project will involve the preparation of luminescent nanocrystals and quantum dots as well as the fabrication of optoelectronic devices for advanced colour displays, photovoltaic, photo-sensor or wearable device applications. The project has close links with industry, and the candidate will have the opportunity to work with high-tech display manufacturers.

　　Qualifications

　　The candidate for the research fellow position should have a PhD in relevant scientific/engineering disciplines with demonstrated publication track record. All candidates should have keen interest in materials and optoelectronic device research. Candidates who have prior experience in quantum dot synthesis and electronic device fabrication are preferred. Candidates should preferably have a good theoretical understanding of semiconductor materials, device physics and spectroscopy.
