　　Job Description

　　The Tan research group (http://tanlab4generegulation.org) is interdisciplinary and highly collaborative, utilizing both computational and experimental approaches to study gene regulation. We have pioneered multiple computational algorithms for regulatory genomics, epigenomics, and network biology. Specific areas of research for the postdoc position include the followings: 1) regulatory genomics; 2) cancer systems biology; and 3) algorithms for single-cell data analysis. Based on the candidate’s background and interest, specific projects will be defined by the candidate with input from Dr. Tan.
