As a postdoctoral fellow, the candidate will develop an Individual Development Plan (IDP) and receive career mentorship from a scholarship oversight committee that will meet regularly. The postdoctoral fellow will be eligible to apply for fellowship grants, and have access to departmental and institutional career development programs, such as grant writing workshops.
