  Job Description

  The Beckman Research Institute of City of Hope Department of Systems Biology is seeking for talented and motivated Postdoctoral Fellows to lead the project for understanding RNA splicing dysregulation and oncogenesis in blood malignancies. Candidates with strong background in RNA splicing and biogenesis, cancer biology, and animal model are encouraged to apply.

  Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:

  Ph.D., or M.D./Ph.D. degree in molecular biology, hematology, cancer biology, or a related discipline is required

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  Self-motivated, independent and creative

  Preferred education experience and skills:

  Understanding fundamental mechanism of RNA splicing and oncogenesis is preferred

  Knowledge in genomics and transcriptome analysis is preferred

  Familiar with flow cytometry and genetic murine models is preferred
