　　Job Description

 

　　The Simone Laboratory in the Radiation Oncology Department at Thomas Jefferson University is seeking a post-doctoral fellow to work in the area of TRANSLATIONAL CANCER BIOLOGY. Our laboratory focuses on using metabolic manipulation such as dietary alterations, to improve standard cancer therapy such as radiation and chemotherapy. Our laboratory has a focus on hormonally responsive cancers such as breast and prostate cancer using both in vitro and in vivo models. In addition, Dr. Simone has several bench-to-bedside clinical trials open which allows the laboratory to evaluate human translational endpoints of our basic science research.
