The postdoctoral project is focused on studies to identify cancer cell proteins that can be targets for immunotherapy. Specifically, the project involves analysis of subcellular fractions from cancer cells by mass spectrometry and flow cytometric bead arrays. By combining antibody array analysis and MS, we open entirely new possibilities in proteomics and interactomics, and we collaborate with leading antibody manufacturers.
