We decided in 2014 to focus on the reinforcement of our Oncology effort, to contribute in a major way to the fight against Cancer In this aim, and in the context of the future regrouping of our Research activities in a brand new state-of-the-art center in Paris-Saclay in 2021, we are looking for a highly experienced and passionate In vivo senior scientist in oncology.

Within the oncology research department, and directly reporting to the manager of experimental/vivo platform, you will be in charge of facilitating drug discovery and early development project progression through In vivo evaluation of NEC/NEB molecules involved in cancer signaling.

Key roles and activities:

Pilot in vivo studies for target validation, identification of NEC/NEB of interest and identification of indications/combinations

• Report and communicate the plan, mode of operation and in vivo results to internal team and partners
• Participate in project core team meetings as a key representative when in vivo criteria become an important milestone for the project
• Scientific monitoring and coordinator of outsourced investigative studies in support of projects
• Ensure scientific rigor and appropriate biostatistical analysis for all in vivo studies, whether performed internally or externally
• Strong alignment with Animal facilities with respect to ethical committees
• Manage of 3 to 5 technicians

Profile:

• PhD degree completed by a post-doc experience
• At leat 3 years’ experience working in the pharmaceutical industry in a preclinical R&D oncology environment including in vivo PK/PD studies
• First experience in management
• Good communication skills
