Therapeutic antibodies are proven to be highly effective against human diseases. We develop novel bi-specific antibodies for treating infectious diseases, cancers, and other immune disorders. Candidates should have deep understanding as well as skill sets on antibody library construction, sequence and diversity analyses, assay development, and expertise related to the design, isolation, engineering, humanization, and biological and biophysical characterization of antibodies and other protein based biologics. Candidates who have research experience in yeast genetics and engineering are also encouraged to apply.
